WHO IS BEHIND THE CORRUPTION
BACKGROUND |
Ron Beilke is an ex-politician and a former Mayor of Pico Rivera. He was charged with two felony counts and six misdemeanors from his time on City Council by the District Attorney, and was ultimately convicted of 2 misdemeanor counts for conflict of interest by the Los Angeles Superior Court. Beilke was sentenced to three years probation, 30 days of community service, and fined. Additionally, he was banned from running for public office for four years.

Similarly, during his tenure as the former Master HOA president, Beilke abused his power by acquiring a debit card linked to the HOA’s bank account. He egregiously spent thousands of HOA funds on restaurants, entertainment, travel, and other personal expenses for himself and his allies. A forensic audit revealed he misappropriated $192,201.34. He was also censured for taking the community slide and selling it for his personal gain.
Currently, Beilke still sits as the Jasmine HOA Board President and has strong influence over the Camellia HOA Board, who elected to fund over $7,500 for the recall campaign (violation of Civil Code § 5135).
**The TRUTH BEHIND THE LAW SUIT**
Ron Beilke is no stranger to the courts. He has a long history of lawsuits—both filing and facing them—most of which he has either lost or settled. His track record suggests a consistent pattern of prioritizing personal interests over public responsibility.
After being held accountable by the current Board for misusing community funds, Beilke sued the HOA in an attempt to stop the foreclosure of his home. His actions continue to negatively impact the community. This includes managing a Facebook page used to spread propaganda and harass neighbors.
Beilke’s behavior reflects a clear desire to return to power and revive practices that serve his own interests rather than those of the community. It’s important to recognize these patterns and consider what they could mean for the future of our HOA.

RON'S ENDORSEMENTS
The following individuals have known ties to Ron Beilke and have previously colluded with him in the misappropriation of community funds—contributing to a significant shortfall in our HOA’s reserves. Electing them poses a serious risk of returning our HOA to a state of mismanagement and reviving practices that have historically exploited the community.
ANTOINETTE ORTGEA
Ortgea is a former board member who, alongside Ron Beilke, approved and participated in unethical, self-serving spending—amounting to thousands of dollars at restaurants. Her actions reflect a clear lack of accountability and disregard for ethics and transparency.
PATRICIA BEILKE
Patricia Beilke is Ron Beilke’s daughter, making her involvement a blatant conflict of interest. She was given tens of thousands of HOA dollars to use her home as the so-called community “office.” This included rent, renovations, furnishings, a security door, and even an air scrubber. She traveled and fine wined and dined on the community's dime—an outrageous misuse of HOA funds for personal benefit.
